Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the front desk team to deliver seamless guest check-in and check-out experiences, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.
- Oversee night audit procedures, reconciling daily financial transactions accurately while maintaining security protocols.
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction through exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled swiftly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest profiles, billing information, and other essential documentation using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards by answering inquiries courteously and professionally across multiple communication channels.
- Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training on hospitality management practices, and promoting a culture of hospitality excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong background in hospitality management with excellent customer service skills.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures.
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and guest relations.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced resort or hotel setting.
