Front Office Coordinator (Veterinary Receptionists and Client Care Representatives)

Previous experience as a Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, or Financial Coordinator in a veterinary hospital is Highly Desirable but not necessary. If you have a retail or restaurant background, or are a recent graduate with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, we would love to chat with you!
Our Client Care team members play an integral role in providing excellent service to our clients as well as facilitating communications between all hospital departments. A caring and compassionate attitude as well as excellent interpersonal skills are required of our team members.
You will work closely with the doctors and technicians to ensure that clients comply with treatment plans and understand after-care instructions.
Additional duties include updating patient medical records, going over estimates with clients, and taking payments. An understanding of animal diseases, veterinary terminology, nutrition, and basic animal handling and restraint skills is helpful but not required.
