Position Description
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This role
is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing incoming calls,
handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Manage appointment scheduling and maintaining calendars
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area
Provide basic information to clients, customers, or guests
