Position Summary The Front of the House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing front-of-house operations while ensuring food quality, guest satisfaction, and adherence to JRK! standards. This position supports training, supervises staff during service, and works closely with restaurant leadership to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance.

Responsibilities • Assure food quality before opening and throughout each shift in accordance with JRK! standards. • Ensure all menu items are prepared, stocked, and available prior to service and maintained throughout operating hours. • Monitor food safety procedures including temperature logs, proper storage, cooling, reheating, and sanitation practices. • Oversee front-of-house staff, providing guidance, direction, and support during service. • Communicate professionally with guests and resolve issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. • Support training of new hires and ongoing development of existing employees. • Ensure equipment is clean, functional, and properly maintained; coordinate repairs with management as needed. • Verify completion of opening and closing checklists and ensure POS timekeeping compliance. • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and ensure uniform and appearance standards are followed. • Participate in pre-shift meetings and maintain daily communication with the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications Must be over 18 years old. Must be able to pass a background check and drug test. Some experience in the restaurant industry preferred. Must have reliable transportation. Availability during evenings and on weekends. Able to learn computerized ordering system. Fluent in English. Basic math skills, ability to make change. Friendly demeanor and a positive attitude. Trustworthy and reliable. Commitment to excellent customer service. Able to handle working in a fast-paced environment. Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and service standards. Ability to multitask and lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications. Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
