Front of House Team Member

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Maintain eye contact and engage with guests in a friendly, attentive manner
• Communicate with energy, enthusiasm, and genuine care
• Build meaningful connections with guests

• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant

• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
