Position Type: Full-time: a minimum of 30 hours each week Part-time: a minimum of 15 hours each week and less than 30 hours each week Positions available
Front of House Team This team is the face of our company who loves engaging with our guests to provide quick, friendly, and accurate service. People who enjoy meeting new people and sharing a smile often enjoy the Front of House team the best.

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities: Demonstrate warm hospitality through a smile, eye contact, and pleasant conversation Make Emotional Connections with Guests Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of Chick-fil-A Blue Springs Multitask quickly yet thoroughly Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and have a strong work ethic Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum age: 16 Cheerful and positive attitude Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented Strong interpersonal skills Detail-oriented Able to multi-task Works well independently as well as with a team Able and willing to work a flexible schedule Able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds when needed Able to stand for long periods of time
