Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with a sense of urgency and excellence
• Support senior leadership and hold team members accountable for service quality
• Coach and develop team members by setting a positive example
• Participate actively in high-volume, fast-paced service activities
• Train new hires and lead shifts as a key holder
• Deliver exceptional guest service with respect and enthusiasm
• Manage cash handling tasks including counting drawers and closing procedures
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Qualifications & Requirements

• A warm smile and genuine enthusiasm for serving others
• Ability to create emotional connections and maintain eye contact with guests
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills and commitment to superior customer service
• Capability to manage team member behavior and performance issues
• Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
