Seeking a results-driven Supervisor, Front of House to lead a team enhancing customer experience, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational excellence in cannabis retail stores.

  • Drive high customer service standards, staff training, and community engagement to foster repeat business.
  • Collaborate with management to meet sales, KPI, staffing, and cash reconciliation goals.
  • Supervise check-in/camera teams, maintain merchandise presentation, and uphold safety standards.
  • Implement policies, train staff in customer service, and support continuous development.
  • Assist with other operational duties, including inventory and outreach as needed.
  • Qualifications include 2+ years in customer service or retail leadership, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, and team management skills.
