Are you a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy

environment? CJ’s Brewery is looking for a Front of House Manager who is

passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading

strong teams and driving daily operations.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead day-to-day front-of-house operations with a strong presence on the floor
• Set the tone for top-tier customer service and guest satisfaction
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and hosts
• Ensure smooth service flow by working closely with kitchen leadership
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and floor execution
• Execute and support banquets, private events, and high-volume game days
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready spaces at all times
• Manage labor, ordering, and cost controls to hit financial goals
• Handle guest feedback professionally and turn issues into positive experiences

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of full-service restaurant experience
• 1–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong focus on hospitality and guest experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Organized, driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Banquet/event experience is a big plus
• Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 21+

USA Hockey Arena is a multi-purpose arena in Plymouth, Michigan, opened in 1996. Originally known as Compuware Sports Arena, It was renamed to USA Hockey Arena in 2015 when the USA Hockey Foundation purchased the arena.
USA Hockey Arena encompasses approximately 170,000 square feet with one main seating level, private suites and press boxes. The creative design of the arena affords the opportunity to provide 3,504 seats for hockey games and 4,500 seats for concerts and other performances.
