Your Role:


As Front of House Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service during all shifts in a quick service and casual dining setting.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver top-notch customer service and uphold food safety standards.
  • Manage POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Control inventory levels, monitor stock rotation, and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure fresh supplies and minimize waste.
  • Handle cash transactions with precision, balancing registers at the end of each day.
  • Supervise food presentation and ensure quality standards are consistently met across all menu items.
  • Coordinate with back of house managers on new product offerings, special orders and other priority issues.
  • Assist in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding new team members to build a strong, cohesive team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven management experience in food service management or restaurant management, ideally within a bakery, cafe, or casual dining environment.
  • Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling practices.
  • Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership skills with experience in staff training, supervision, and development.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food safety regulations.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
