Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Lead by example and champion Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Vision and Values
Create daily shift setups and ensure operational excellence during peak periods
Coordinate team member schedules and breaks
Manage Drive Thru Operations and team member rotations
Ensure cleanliness and organization in all Front of House areas
Responsible for cash management and guest recovery
Ensure 100% completion of all operational and cleaning checklists
Responsible for ensuring Chick-fil-A's Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy is executed at all times
Requirements for FOH Supervisor Role:
Servsafe Manager Certified
Complete Chick-fil-A Hwy 211 & Potranco's Supervisor Training Program
Maintain Open Availability with limited restrictions
Adapt quickly to the changing demands of the business
