Overview:

Fuzzy's Taco Shop is seeking a highly skilled Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, offering paid time off, employee discounts, paid training, and other benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and train front of house staff
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Create and maintain employee schedules

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role
• Must be able to work between 45-50 hours a week
• Must be able to work nights
• Strong leadership and communication skill
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
