Position Summary:


The Front of House Manager is a key part of our leadership team, responsible for creating a seamless guest experience and supporting the day-to-day operations of the dining room and bar. You’ll coach and lead the FOH staff, handle real-time problem-solving, and help maintain the high standards that make our restaurant stand out.


What You’ll Do:



  • Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring top-notch service during high-volume shifts
  • Lead, train, and schedule hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Manage floor presence and act as a service leader during peak hours
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hospitable environment
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager for smooth shift coordination
  • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Monitor FOH inventory (supplies, service tools, bar stock, etc.)
  • Track guest feedback and contribute ideas for service improvements

What We’re Looking For:



  • 2+ years of FOH management or supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • A hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic restaurant reporting
  • Passion for hospitality and team building




Bonus Points If You Have:



  • Experience with small plates or shared dining concepts
  • Bar management or wine knowledge
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
