A driven, hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional guest experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all front and back-of-house operations during shifts
  • Ensure exceptional guest service and operational execution
  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and hospitality
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly
  • Monitor labor, scheduling, and daily operational efficiency
  • Drive sales through floor leadership, guest engagement, and team accountability
  • Execute promotions, upselling initiatives, and event-driven business strategies
  • Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to increase revenue
  • Hold the team accountable to performance metrics and service standards
  • Recruit, interview, and hire top talent aligned with company culture

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • Proven ability to drive sales and improve operational performance
  • Strong focus on hiring, training, and team development
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High energy with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
