We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Floor Manager & Guest Services Manager to oversee our restaurant FOH operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in restaurant management and excellent leadership skills to guide a team of service professionals in providing exceptional experiences.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the servers & bar team, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage customer interactions, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the scheduling of services, including bar schedule, server schedule, & training schedule, and inventory schedule.
- Ensure that all dinner and lunch services are performed according to industry standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, including cash handling and invoicing.
- Collaborate with teams on private events and catering.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service.
- Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
