Assistant Manager - Chick-fil-A Newport Pavilion

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members At least 1 year in a management role with a track record of being able to coach a team and hold team members accountable Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence Knowledge of basic computer skills Must have a valid drivers license Must submit and pass a background check
Responsibilities:
Commit to a minimum of 24 hours per week Shifts will be 2pm-11pm Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient functioning of the restaurant Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner Assist in training of staff to optimize performance Supervise and support team members, providing guidance and coaching as needed Uphold Chick-fil-As values and standards while promoting a positive work environment Collaborate with the management team to implement strategies for business growth and success
