Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with pre-qualified, appointment-based guests
Build rapport with guests to understand travel needs and preferences
Present Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products and resort amenities
Close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Maintain consistent follow-up with clients via phone, email, and written communication
Apply HGV sales techniques and best practices to drive performance
Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction and professional representation
Attend weekly sales training and professional development sessions

Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience with proven results
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required)
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex customer concerns
Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Florida Real Estate License in good standing
Experience in luxury sales, hospitality, marketing, or vacation ownership industries
