This role is a Night Shift Manager in manufacturing, overseeing 24/7 biotech drug substance production in a state-of-the-art facility with advanced technology and sustainability initiatives.
- Lead and manage teams of manufacturing associates on a 12-hour rotation, ensuring safety, compliance, and production goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, Lean principles, and regulatory adherence, including cGMP and CFR standards.
- Develop staff through coaching, training, and mentorship, while fostering a safe, respectful work environment.
- Collaborate across functions to optimize processes, troubleshoot issues, and implement CAPAs.
- Support administrative tasks such as budgeting and goal setting.
Qualifications include a relevant advanced degree and managerial experience in manufacturing or operations, with preferred biotech or pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
Compensation ranges from $106,148 to $143,612, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
