Front Line Leader \u2013 Pulp or Power\n \nIn operation since 1971, the Ticonderoga Mill produces high end printing and technical papers harvested from Adirondack and Vermont forests. With over 600 dedicated employees focused on safety, environment, quality and production, we operate and monitor various pulping and papermaking processes and systems.\n \nThe Front Line Leader leads a crew of hourly team members supporting the Pulp or Power operating areas. Lead and engage your team to deliver above expectations results in the areas of safety, environmental, employee engagement, reliability, cost, quality, and productivity. Set expectations, leverage teamwork, and hold individuals and team accountable for results. Hold one-on-one coaching sessions with direct reports for development. Implement reliability and manufacturing excellence initiatives such as work systems, precision maintenance, basic care, and RCFA.\n \nIdentify potential safety issues and take measures to proactively address concerns. Actively participate in the mill\u2019s safety program. Actively pursue measures to reduce downtime on production equipment. Identify opportunities and take measures to reduce waste.
