Refactor UI components to integrate accessibility roles and properties.
Conduct both automated and manual accessibility testing.

Qualifications
3-5 years of web development experience with strong scripting and styling skills.
Experience implementing accessibility standards in a production environment.
Proficiency in testing with assistive technologies.
Experience with front-end testing frameworks for accessibility testing.
