Summary:
We're seeking a seasoned Front-End Developer to join our dynamic, small team within a larger organization. You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences by developing and maintaining complex React-based applications. As a key contributor, you'll collaborate closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end applications using React and related technologies.
Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to deliver projects from concept to completion.
Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
Optimize application performance for speed and responsiveness.
Contribute to design and architecture decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and technologies.

Qualifications

5 years of professional front-end development experience.
Expert-level proficiency in React and modern JavaScript.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and accessibility standards.
Experience with Redux for state management.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Skills

Additional skills that would be beneficial include experience with other JavaScript frameworks, familiarity with cloud services, and a background in advertising technology.

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $64.00 - $65.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
