Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries and manage outgoing couriers.
Office Maintenance: Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
Administrative Support: Assist with basic filing, and data entry tasks for various departments.
Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team.
Experience: Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
Background: Must successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone manner.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Education: High school degree
