We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team and create a welcoming first impression for every patient and caller. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact, helping ensure smooth daily operations, clear communication, and a positive experience for patients, and team members.

What You Will Do

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and other inquiries promptly.
  • Provide accurate information and support to patients, and internal staff.
  • Manage check-ins, check-outs, appointments, sign-ins, and related front desk activities.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar updates, and basic administrative tasks as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, faxes, deliveries, and packages.
  • Support coordination with team members to help daily operations run smoothly.
  • Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation when needed.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

  • Basic knowledge of data entry, filing, and record management.
