Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Front Desk Representative to join the team at our Pain Management clinic. As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, answer phone calls, run eligibility, obtain authorizations, and collect payment (co-pay, deductibles, and balances). The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, is bilingual, has excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they arrive and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Assist clients with paperwork, including consent forms
- Run insurance eligibility
- Obtain Prior Authorization
- Maintain a clean and inviting environment
- Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their services
Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
