Front Desk Receptionist - Medical Biller

THE BASICS

Pay: This front-facing, multitasking position pays $17.50 – $21.00 per hour, plus monthly bonuses.

Schedule: You will work a consistent schedule of Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:15 PM, with a half-day on Fridays. Enjoy your weekends and evenings while being part of a supportive and energetic environment during the week.

YOUR DAY AS A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - MEDICAL BILLER

Each day, you will balance check-ins and check-outs, keep the schedule running smoothly, and respond to phone calls, texts, and emails with patience and positivity. You will help verify insurance, assist with billing, and occasionally add a creative touch to our internal marketing with a social media post. Throughout the day, you will collaborate closely with our clinical team, ensuring that every patient's experience flows as seamlessly as possible. By the end of the day, you will know that your work has made a real difference in the lives of our patients and your teammates.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST - MEDICAL BILLER

• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to be on your feet and active during your shift
• Team player who thrives in a structured yet caring environment
• Outgoing, empathetic, and detail-oriented personality

Medical billing and insurance experience is strongly preferred. Experience in a chiropractic, medical, or dental office is also a plus!
