    Description

    Our client in Hawthorne, NY10532 is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing administrative support to the HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a professional office environment, excels at multitasking, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

    Long-term temporary assignment 
    Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
    Pay Rate: DoE

    Responsibilities:
    • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
    • Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
    • Provide front desk support and ensure a welcoming office environment
    • Assist with HR-related projects, documentation, and administrative tasks
    • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
    • Support general office operations as needed
    • Help set up and maintain office common areas, including the coffee station

    Qualifications:
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Previous receptionist, administrative, or office support experience
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Professional and friendly demeanor
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment
