Position Overview
This role supports a well-established organization in Fullerton and serves as the professional first point of contact for all callers and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Operations Answer incoming calls, determine caller needs, and route them to the correct department (AR, AP, HR, etc.) using sound judgment.
Message Management Take and deliver messages or transfer calls to voicemail when staff are unavailable.
Visitor Support Greet and welcome visitors, determine the purpose of their visit, and notify appropriate personnel.
Parking Pass Coordination Issue parking passes and maintain the program in coordination with the City of Fullerton.
Mail_and_Packages Manage incoming and outgoing UPS packages; maintain fax machines and assist users as needed.
Directory Maintenance Keep the company phone directory updated and accurate.
Administrative Support Assist with special projects across departments as needed.
Document Creation Prepare calendars, memos, reports, and other documents when required.
Qualifications
Professional_Presentation Polished, friendly, and confident front-desk demeanor.
Customer_Service Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Problem_Solving Ability to figure things out quickly and route calls appropriately without constant supervision.
Office_Skills Basic computer skills and comfort with office equipment.
