Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
• Manage and organize the reception area to ensure a clean and professional environment.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
• Handle incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
• Collaborate with various departments, including R&D and manufacturing teams, to support office operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably within mechanical or industrial engineering industries.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
