Introduction:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front office Manager to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our business. The Front office manager will be responsible for managing a team of employees and developing and implementing strategies for growth and success. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs. Must be have good customer services skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage a team of employees, including setting performance expectations, providing training and development, and managing employee relations
Develop and implement strategies for growth and success, including identifying new opportunities and improving existing processes
Monitor market trends and adapt to changing business needs
Communicate effectively with other team members and management
Other duties as assigned
