Key Responsibilities
- Patient Connection: Warmly greeting patients and managing check-in/check-out.
- Communication: Managing phones and text messaging with a professional, friendly tone.
- Scheduling: Coordinating the daily schedule for maximum efficiency.
- Insurance and Billing: Verifying benefits through portals and phone calls, also handling patient billing with a compassionate touch.
Qualifications
- Previous dental/medical front desk experience preferred, but we will train a fast learner with the right personality.
- Proficiency in computer skills. Experience with Open Dental is a plus!
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and a proactive mindset.
