Position Overview
A luxury residential high-rise in Needham, Massachusetts is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, creating a strong first impression, and ensuring a consistent, professional, and hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet all residents and guests promptly, using proper eye contact, posture, and tone
- Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests
- Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures
- Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests
- Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed
- Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk presence at all times
- Monitor for any issues or irregularities and report to management as required
Service Standards
- Maintain a visible and engaged presence at the front desk
- No phone usage or disengagement while on duty
- Consistent professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards
- Deliver a hospitality-focused experience at all times, not just task execution
Requirements
- Prior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills, including email and property management systems
Schedule
Flexible scheduling based on building needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: $19–$20 per hour
