We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Front Desk Clerk to join our hotel team in Sunny Isles, FL. The Front Desk Clerk plays an important role in creating a welcoming and professional guest experience by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, guest inquiries, and daily front desk operations.

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Must be able to work weekends.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service
  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide hotel information
  • Process reservations, payments, and folio charges
  • Assist guests with requests, concerns, or special accommodations
  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other hotel departments
  • Follow hotel procedures and ensure guest confidentiality and satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
  • Prior front desk or hotel experience preferred but not required
