- Greet our members in a friendly, engaging and energetic way from the start to finish of your shift.
- Serve our members quickly and professionally to create positive, trustworthy relationships focused on “Changing Lives”.
- Help our members with membership questions and concerns with compassion and commitment to promote a “Raving Fan” member experience!
- Team up with our Facilities Department to keep our club looking and operating “Grand Opening Ready”.
