Job Summary


As the face of RELIVE, our Front of House Associate is often the first impression patients have of our brand — and we want that impression to be exceptional. This role blends professionalism, warmth, and product expertise to guide patients through every step of their visit, from welcome to check-out. You'll be a trusted point of contact for patients and a key team player behind the scenes, building strong relationships with staff, vendors, and suppliers alike.



What You'll Do


  • Greet patients and visitors warmly, in person and by phone, answering questions or connecting them with the right resource
  • Keep the schedule running smoothly — booking appointments in a way that maximizes patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room use
  • Keep providers informed on patient arrivals and any delays, helping the day run like clockwork
  • Put patients at ease — anticipating questions, easing concerns, and keeping the reception area welcoming
  • Manage patient records, ensuring treatment information is organized and accessible
  • Maintain accurate patient accounts, including personal and financial details
  • Handle scripts, charges, and third-party invoicing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keep the office running by managing inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating equipment service with the Office Manager
  • Champion patient privacy, upholding HIPAA standards at every turn
  • Support smooth day-to-day operations by following (and improving!) policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the care team before and after treatments, contributing to shared decision-making
  • Confidently navigate online booking systems
  • Follow up with patients and answer their questions with care

What You Bring


  • GED or equivalent
  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Medical office experience is a plus
