**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while efficiently and effectively checking them in and out of the hotel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with tact and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
