Front Desk Concierge (Weekend Part-Time)
Position Overview
Stratton Amenities is seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Concierge to support a luxury residential community on weekends. This role is responsible for maintaining a strong lobby presence, managing resident and guest interactions, and ensuring smooth front desk operations during assigned shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional, welcoming lobby presence at all times
- Greet residents and guests, manage visitor access, and announce arrivals
- Answer and route phone calls with proper etiquette
- Handle packages, deliveries, and key control according to property procedures
- Monitor building access and follow security protocols
- Assist residents with requests, reservations, and general inquiries
- Maintain accurate logs and reports for incidents, visitors, and deliveries
- Coordinate with property management and escalate issues when needed
- Ensure the front desk and lobby remain clean, organized, and presentable
Qualifications
- Prior concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn property systems
Requirements
- Must be available to work weekends consistently
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods
- Must pass a background check
