Position Summary
As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for all residents, visitors, and clients. You are expected to provide professional, courteous service while maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Greet all residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
· Maintain front desk coverage at all times unless properly relieved.
· Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
· Ensure all visitors are signed in and accounted for.
· Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries accurately.
· Communicate effectively with management, staff, and residents/tenants.
· Report any safety concerns, maintenance issues, or incidents immediately.
· Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and presentable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in customer service, concierge, or front desk roles preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
· Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
· Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
Physical Requirements
· Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
· Ability to lift to 25 pounds
· Must be able to respond quickly to emergencies
