The Front Desk Agent serves as the first point of contact for guest at the Ocean Front Resort, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming, memorable experience. This role is responsible for managing guest check-ins, and check-outs, answering inquiries, and addressing guest needs promptly and professionally. The Ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills and maintains a positive, friendly demeanor at all times. The Front Desk Agent also coordinates with housekeeping, maintenance and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience while upholding the resorts high-service standards
