Position Overview
Manages freight operations, load assignments, and dispatch workflow through Oregon-based systems. Boise candidates are prioritized for hybrid workflow participation; remote candidates fully integrated nationwide. Entry-level candidates receive structured training; experienced professionals manage operational responsibilities independently.
Key Responsibilities
Assign freight loads and monitor shipment activity
Maintain operational documentation and dispatch logs
Communicate updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Ensure workflow accuracy and operational compliance
Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies
Collaborate with Oregon-based management for operational alignment
Escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency including dispatch/tracking systems
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
Ability to follow structured workflows and procedures
Time management and multitasking skills
Experience optional; full training provided
