Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | Shift: 6 AM-4 PM

What's Needed for This Job (Requirements)

• Ability to work in cold freezer environments for extended periods of time.
• Capable of performing strenuous physical labor, including frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials regularly.
• Previous sanitation, warehouse, manufacturing, food production, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, work independently, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance record and willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Steel-toe shoes/boots required.

What Your Day Looks Like (Job Duties)

• Clean and sanitize freezer storage areas, equipment, racks, floors, walls, and work surfaces in accordance with company sanitation and food safety standards.
• Move pallets, products, materials, and equipment within freezer environments to support cleaning and operational needs.
• Perform heavy lifting, repetitive physical tasks, and strenuous cleaning activities throughout the shift.
• Remove debris, ice buildup, waste, and other contaminants to maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Operate cleaning tools, equipment, and sanitation chemicals safely and effectively while following all safety procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of designated work areas and accurately complete sanitation logs and required documentation.
