Seeking experienced Freelance Physician Recruiter to place physicians, specialists, and medical directors in hospitals and clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source MDs/DOs via Doximity, PracticeLink, NEJM CareerCenter using advanced Boolean searches.
- Screen CVs for board certifications, malpractice history, and fellowship training.
- Coordinate credentialing, negotiate locums/permanent contracts, manage physician visa processes.
- Build specialty pipelines (e.g., cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine).
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years physician recruiting experience required.
- Familiarity with FSMB, NBME, and locum tenens agencies.
- Strong negotiation skills for high-value physician contracts.
Compensation & Terms:
- Incentive-only structure: Commissions per placement.
- Remote/ongoing freelance.
