Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a fun, enthusiastic team of 3 to 15 employees
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members
• Ensure freaky fast, accurate sandwich preparation and world-class customer service
• Assist with daily food prep and maintain smooth restaurant operations
• Handle opening and closing procedures with cash drawer integrity
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude throughout all tasks

What We’re Looking For

• Love for fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel)
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress during busy periods
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., meet age and experience requirements
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, weekends
• Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs and move comfortably in walk-in refrigerators/freezers
