Responsibilities
- Procedure & Documentation Support

- Conduct quality checks to confirm documents contain no PII; redact as needed.
- Maintain version control, approvals, and audit tracking for all published procedures.
- Training & Reporting Support
- Assist the training specialist in updating and organizing 17+ training decks used for BSA.
- Track employee completion of required continuing education (16 hours BSA CE + regulatory training).
- Develop reporting dashboards (Excel pivot tables, charts, BI tools) to replace manual tracking.
- Provide organized, timely reporting to management on training compliance.
- Change Management Support
- Partner with Change Management lead to coordinate and track approvals.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks ( "herding cats”).
- Verify all change management documentation requirements are present and accurate.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (procedure support, training support, compliance, or documentation-heavy roles).
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word (redlining, formatting, managing tracked changes).
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data reporting).
- Strong working knowledge of SharePoint (publishing, permissions, version control).
- Proven ability to manage details, redlines, compliance checks, and versioning.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills.
Bonus Skills
- Banking, compliance, BSA, or fraud experience
