The Enrollment Operations Specialist within Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University's (FranU) Enrollment Division plays a key collaborative role in advancing the Enrollment goals and mission of the University. This individual will be responsible for data entry of prospects, inquiries, applications, and all supporting documents, including transcripts and test scores. #CB

EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) yar of experience in Higher Education Admissions or Recruiting, preferred

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's Degree

SPECIAL SKILLS

  • Ability to travel overnight and non-standard hours, ability to lift objects up to 40 pounds

LICENSURE

  • Valid Louisiana Driver's License; If moving to Louisiana a valid Louisiana Driver's License is required within 30 days of start date

  • Independently evaluate prospective students' applications and academic histories, including entry of transfer credits for deposited transfer, dual enrollment, post-baccalaureate, and other designated student populations into Colleague so Advising and Programs can determine applicability to FranU programs and impact on academic progression

  • Campus Visit and Event Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of campus visit experiences - including tours, group visits, and special events - applying strategic insights and collaborating with internal partners to enhance student experience and Enrollment effectiveness

  • Franciscan Peer Leaders Admissions Ambassador Program Management

  • Lead and manage the Franciscan Peer Leaders who have been assigned to the Admissions Department as Admissions Ambassadors. Directly oversee the scheduling and assignment of Peer Leaders to campus tours, group visits, and Admissions events throughout the academic year, ensuring consistent, mission-aligned representation of FranU to prospective students and families

  • Responsible for training, coordinating, and evaluating Peer Leader performance to maintain a high-quality visitor experience

  • External Relations and Representation

  • Serve as an official representative of FranU to external constituencies, exercising discretion to strategically promote the University's mission, programs, and Enrollment policies to prospective students and key stakeholders

  • Process Evaluation and Operational Improvement

  • Independently oversee and evaluate office processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Utilization and Data Management

  • Leverage CRM expertise to manage Enrollment event data, track applicant interactions, process applications, and monitor recruitment outcomes in support of enrollment objectives

  • Collaboration with Academic and Administrative Partners

  • Collaborate strategically with Academic Departments and Administrative Offices to align campus visit and Recruitment activities with institutional goals and enhance the prospective student experience

  • Special Projects and Innovation

  • Initiate and manage special projects aimed at improving Recruitment processes, student engagement, and operational efficiency within the Admission's Office

  • Other Duties as Assigned

  • Support various programs, events, and administrative tasks aimed at fulfilling institutional goals.

  • Perform other duties as assigned
