About the Role
We are seeking a Franchise Support Sales Consultant to join our team in Alexandria, VA. This is a Monday-Friday, office-based role with business hours, designed for hospitality professionals ready to transition from the demanding pace of operations. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting franchisees while staying deeply connected to the industry.
With full training provided, this role combines sales and consulting, helping franchisees thrive by providing expertise, solutions, and guidance. Your communication skills and industry experience will be key to building relationships and delivering outstanding support.
Key Responsibilities

  • Assist franchise owners with expert advice on daily challenges and strategic opportunities.
  • Support new unit openings, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational success.
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees to understand business goals and provide tailored support.
  • Present solutions to franchise owners, fostering growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the franchise support team to deliver excellent service and maintain alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in roles like Director of Operations, General Manager, or Restaurant Manager.
  • Extensive experience in new unit openings and multi-location management.
  • Proximity to Alexandria, VA, with the ability to work in-person from the support office.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for helping franchisees succeed and achieving excellent results.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Highly competitive base salary: $75K - $85K.
  • Total earnings: $150K-$200K annually, including incentives.
