About the Role
We're looking for a results-driven Franchise Recruiter to support hiring across our franchise network.
The foundation of each Byrider dealership is its people, and this role helps drivethe success of our system every day.
In this role, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting while partnering directly with Franchisees to understand their hiring needs and deliver high-quality talent that drives performance and growth.
Beyond recruiting, you'll help grow the business by building relationships with Franchisees, identifying new hiring opportunities, and promoting the value of our recruiting services across the franchise network. Success in this role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to build trust and credibility with business owners.

What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple franchise locations
Conduct intake meetings to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and candidate profiles
Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Present qualified candidates and recommendations to Franchisees
Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication throughout the hiring process
Assist with offer development and candidate closing activities
Build strong relationships with Franchisees and serve as a trusted recruiting partner
Proactively identify new hiring opportunities within the franchise network
Promote recruiting services and increase engagement across franchise locations
Develop talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Utilize ATS and recruiting tools to manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity
Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve results
What You'll Bring
5+ years of recruiting experience; multi-location, franchise, staffing, or agency recruiting experience preferred
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate closing skills
Experience managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to influence hiring decisions and build credibility with business owners
Experience developing client relationships or generating new business opportunities
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-starter mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and drive results
Familiarity with dealership, retail, staffing, or service industries is a plus
