The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Franchise Marketing Analyst.
The Franchise Marketing Analyst supports the execution and optimization of franchisor‑provided marketing programs across the company's branded hotel portfolio. This role focuses on ensuring Marriott and IHG marketing platforms, systems, and demand‑generation tools are fully leveraged to drive revenue and property‑level performance. The analyst ensures content accuracy, brand compliance, and effective participation in chain‑supported programs, while identifying opportunities to improve execution and results at the property level. As part of the performance marketing team, this role works closely with brand, content and field marketing, enterprise marketing, sales, revenue management, and operations to align commercial objectives, brand standards, and field marketing needs.

Pay
Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 - $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.
