What We Offer

What Youll Do
- Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
- Establish/Follow systems, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvement of key functional business areas.
- Oversee the Operations Manager to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction of moves.
- Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
- Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports of all functional areas for executive review.
- Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to lead and grow your locations sales.
What Were Looking For

- A degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Candidates must have prior experience in sales, business, management, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop and direct people.
- Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action.
- Strong decision-making ability.
