    Description

    This is a growth-focused Franchise Growth & Development Business Analyst position responsible for identifying where and how ABM Franchising Group should expand, invest, and support franchisees to drive sustainable growth. This role synthesizes market, operational, financial, and franchise performance data to uncover opportunities, evaluate strategic options, and provide recommendations to leadership.

    The Franchise Growth & Development Business Analyst serves as a strategic advisor to Franchise Leadership, franchise owners, and cross-functional stakeholders. The position does not own operational execution, P&L management, budgets, or deal execution. Instead, it informs and supports decision-making through analysis, modeling, market intelligence, and business case development.

    Pay: Minimum $110,000.00 - Maximum $125,000.00

    The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large amounts of data into meaningful insights.

    Preferred Requirements & Education

    Education

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Strategic Management, or a related field required.
    • Master''s degree (MBA or related discipline) preferred.

    • Experience developing financial models, business cases, forecasting scenarios, and investment analyses.
    • Experience working with executive leadership and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.
    • Experience gathering business requirements and facilitating cross-functional initiatives.
    • Experience evaluating market expansion opportunities, territory planning, or franchise development strategies preferred.

    Franchise & Growth Partnership

    • Serve as a trusted growth partner to Franchise leadership, AVPs, and franchise owners, identifying opportunities that support expansion and profitability.
    • Partner directly with franchisees to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and develop recommendations that improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leaders to evaluate brand performance, customer trends, market opportunities, and demand forecasts that support franchise expansion strategies.
    • Provide consultative support on franchise territory planning, investment decisions, royalty optimization, and long-term growth strategies.
    • Develop executive-level analyses and business cases that integrate financial, operational, market, and customer data to support strategic growth initiatives.
    • Translate complex data into actionable growth recommendations for Franchise leadership and executive stakeholders.

    Market Analysis & Growth Opportunity

    • Track the competitive landscape - PE roll-ups, independent operators, and other franchise systems in M&E contracting - to spot expansion and white-space opportunities.
    • Monitor industry trends affecting ABM Franchising Group: labor market shifts, technology adoption, regulatory change.
    • Benchmark franchisee vs. corporate-owned economics against industry norms to identify growth levers.
    • Stay current on franchising-sector trends broadly - royalty structures, renewal rates, brand differentiation strategies.
    • Bring outside market context into internal planning - not limited to analysis of internal data.

    Growth & Territory Modeling

    • Build scenario models (Do-Nothing / Base Case / Best Case) tied to strategic growth frameworks such as Project 30/30.
    • Model franchise unit economics - territory potential, revenue ramp, breakeven timelines - to support expansion decisions.
