What You'll Do

• This role includes various responsibilities, but your primary objective is to grow the team and lead them to success.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing staff to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.
• Establish/Follow systems, policies, and procedures to drive continual improvement in key functional business areas.
• Oversee the Operations Staff to ensure profitability and high customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs.
• Drive communication upward through weekly/monthly reports for executive review.
• Review financial statements, sales reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and assure goals are achieved.

What We're Looking For

• Proven ability to lead by example and demonstrate a coaching mindset to motivate, develop and direct people.
• Candidates must have previous experience with leading a team.
• Experience in Home Service businesses, Logistics or similar fields preferred.
• Ability to assess the performance of individuals and willingness to suggest immediate improvement and/or take corrective action.
• Strong decision-making ability. Strong problem-solving ability.
